Hoppas ni haft en underbar helg och att ni nu är redo för en ny vecka. Våren har äntligen kommit hit till Florens på riktigt och det är varmt och solig. Jag har varit ute och lekt med barnen hela eftermiddagen.
Idag visar jag er en väldigt enkel men ändå färgglad sminkning som jag tycker passar bra nu såhär på vårkanten.

Today I show you a very simple yet colorful makeup that I think fits good now for the spring time.

Spero che abbiate passato un bellissimo fine settimana e che ora siate pronti per una nuova setttimana. La primavera è ufficialmente arrivata a Firenze ed il tempo è bellissimo. Sono stata fuori a giocare con i bambini tutto il pomeriggio.
Oggi vi mostro un trucco molto facile da fare ma allo stesso tempo colorato adatto ora per la primavera.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion and apply Sugar Milk over under the eyebrows.
2. Blend in Narciso above the crease.
3. Apply Petra over the outer part of the mobile eyelid and blend outwards and up in the crease.
4. In the inner corner of the eye and over the inner and middle part of the mobile eyelid apply Fawn.
5. Line the waterline with NYX MILK pencil and apply it also along the lower lashline. Apply Aphrodite over NYX MILK pencil from the inner part to about the middle.
6. From the middle to the outer part apply Cattleya.
7. Apply KIKO’s Colour Shock Long Lasting eyeshadow 107 Inspiration Emerald as an eyeliner and make a wing.
8. Apply mascara and put on Ardell Wispies in Brown. Close to the lashline apply a thin line using Stila Stay all Day waterproof liquid eyeliner in Dark Brown.
9. Use Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit to contour the face and apply Sigma’s powder blush in Cheeky.
10. On the lips apply NYX Xtreme Lipcream in Bonfire. Set the make up with Urban Decay’s Chill makeup setting spray. Done!

What I did for love

Alla Hjärtans Dag är ju bakom hörnet så jag tänkte komma med några sminkförslag just till den dagen. Jag är egentligen ingen Alla Hjärtans Dag firare men varför inte ta dagen till ära och göra en fantastisk sminkning. Den här sminkningen är väldigt enkel att göra. Lägg till lite blått och glitter under ögat och ett par läppar i kärlekens färg. ❤

Valentine’s day is just around the corner so I thought I’d share some makeup inspiration for that special day. It’s not often that I celebrate Valentine’s day but it’s a great day to create an amazing make up for. This makeup is very easy to create. Add some some blue and glitter under the eye and a pair of lips in the color of love. ❤

San Valantino sta per arrivare e pensavo di proporre qualche trucco speciale per quel giorno. In realtà non lo festeggio spesso ma non c’è giorno migliore per un trucco stupendo. Questo è un trucco molto facile da realizzare. Aggiungi un tocco di blu e glitter sotto l’occhio e le labbra rosse come l’amore. ❤

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion anti-aging. Sweap in Vanilla over the browbone.
2. Highlight with Sand under the eyebrows and apply it to the inner corner of the eye.
3. Over the mobile eyelid apply Banana.
4. Blend in Fawn above the crease.
5. Blend in Havana in the crease.
6. Line the waterline with NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK and apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Dreamy over it. Apply Dreamy also under the lower lashline.
7. Apply Stila stay all day waterproof liquid eyeliner in Dark Brown and make a wing. Under the eyeliner wing apply a glitter glue and over a loose blue glitter.
8. Apply mascara and put on Ardell’s Wispies in Brown.
9. Contour the face using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. Apply Sigma’s powder blush in Cheeky.
10. On the lips apply first Kryolan’s red faceliner and then apply KIKO’s Velvet Mat Lipstick 607 Rosso Vermiglio over it.
11. Set the make up with Motives Cosmetics no more shine makeup setting spray. Done!

Snowflakes

Vill önskar er alla en underbar start på december månad. Jag gillar verkligen den här tiden på året fram till Jul och Nyår.
Jag startar denna månad med en vintrig fest sminking. Jag hade riktigt kul när jag gjorde denna sminkning men dock inte lika roligt när jag skulle fotografera den. Det var så dåligt ljus ute och egentligen tycker jag inte att någon av bilderna blev riktigt bra. Men så kan det gå när det är grått och regnigt.

I want to wish you all a fantastic start of December. I really like this time of the year until Christmas and New Year.
I kick off this month with a winter party make up. I had really fun creating it but less fun taking the pictures of it. It was such a bad light outside and I actually don’t like how the pictures turned out. But hey, that’s how it can go when it’s gray and rainy outside.

Voglio augurarvi tutti un bellissmo inizio di dicembre. Mi piace davvero questo periodo dell’anno fino a natale a capodanno.
Per iniziare vi mostro questo trucco invernale che potrebbe essere adatto a una delle tante feste natalizie. Mi sono davvero divertita creando questo trucco. Putroppo la luce era pessima fuori ed era molto difficile fare le foto dopo. Non sono riuscita a far venire fuori una bella foto che rendeva giustizia al trucco. Ma è così quando è grigio e piove fuori.
Vi auguro una bella giornata!

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging. Use a thin angled brush and Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in RIOT and cut the crease. Blend it out a bit.
2. Over the purple line apply Sugarpill’s eyeshadow Poison Plum and blend out gently.
3. Right over Poison Plum apply Sugarpill’s eyeshadow Love+ and blend out.
4. Under the eyebrows highlight with Purr.
5. Over the mobile eyelid apply NYX jumbo eyepencil in MILK and over it apply Kitty Glitter from the inner to the outer corner.
6. Line upper and lower waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in RIOT. Apply it also along the lower lashline and smudge out. Over it apply Jungle Love.
7. Blend out Jungle Love with Pussy Cat.
8. Apply Sigma’s standout eyes gel eyeliner in WICKED in the inner corner and in the outer corner making a wing. Over the middle apply Sigma’s standout eyes gel eyeliner in Royally Striking. Then use Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Glam Rock and apply it in the inner corner of the eye and outer corner between the eyeliner wing and cut crease.
9. Apply Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner Metalhead over the middle purple eyeliner.
10. Under each eye apply Benefit’s Ooh La Lift.
11. Apply mascara and put on Sugarpill’s eyelash overdose Adore.
12. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. On the cheeks apply Collistar’s silk effect blusher/eyeshadow nr2 and highlight the cheekbones with MAC’s eyeshadow Naked Lunch.
13. On the lips apply NYX Xtreme Lip Cream in Pinky Nude. Set the make up with Motives Cosmetics No More Shine Makeup setting spray. Done!

Pop Art for Halloween

Det är länge jag velat testa mig på en Pop Art sminkning. Ända sen jag förra året såg Karla Powells interpretation. Min är såklart väldigt långt ifrån hennes, men jag tycker ändå att det är en effektfull sminking som kan va kul och passande till Halloween festen.

I’ve been wanting to try a Pop Art make up for so long. Ever since I saw Karla Powells interpretation last year. Mine is far away from hers, but I think a Pop Art make up like this is impactful and fun for the Halloween party.

Ho voluto provare un trucco Pop Art da tantissimo tempo. Praticamente da quando ho visto una interpretazione di Karla Powell l’anno scorso. Il trucco che ho fatto io è lontanissimo da quello ma ti fa comunque effetto e penso sia un trucco divertente per la festa di Halloween.

Dangerous

Fråga mig inte vad detta är, bara något helt utanför min komfort zone. Jag hade velat göra någon typsik Halloween sminking, men detta känns mer som någon slags fantasi sminkning. Fast till Halloween kan man ju göra precis vad man vill. 🙂 Jag hoppas kunna få till ytterligare någon sminkning till Halloween även om jag har ont om tid dessa dagar.

Don’t ask me what this is, just something completely out of my comfort zone. I had wanted to create a typical Halloween make up but this feels more like a fantasy make up. But for Halloween everyone can of course do what they want. 🙂 I hope to be able to create something more for Halloween even though I don’t have much time these days.

Non chiedermi che cos’è questo, solo qualcosa completamente fuori mia zona di comfort. Avrei voluto creare un trucco tipico per Halloween ma questo sembra più un trucco di fantasia. Ma per Halloween ognuno ovviamente è libero di fare quello che vuole. 🙂 Spero di riuscire a creare un’altro trucco per Halloween anche se purtoppo ho poco tempo questi giorni.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging. Highlight under the eyebrows with the white eyeshadow.
2. Blend in the pink eyeshadow over the browbone.
3. Blend in the purple eyeshadow right under the pink.
4. Blend in the green eyeshadow in the inner crease.
5. Apply NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK over the mobile eyelid. From the inner part of the mobile eyelid to the middle apply the light blue eyeshadow.
6. From the middle to the outer mobile eyelid apply the purple eyeshadow. In the inner corner of the eye apply the white eyeshadow.
7. To the outer V apply the black eyeshadow and blend out.
8. Line the waterline with NYX Milk pencil and apply it also along the lower lashline. Over the waterline apply the green eyeshadow. Apply it also under the lower lashline from the inner part to the middle.
9. Under the lower lashline from the middle to the outer part apply the purple eyeshadow.
10. Under the green and purple eyeshadow blend in the pink eyeshadow.
11. Apply Stila stay all day waterproof liquid eyeliner in Intense Black and make a wing. Under the eyeliner wing apply the green eyeshadow.
12. Apply mascara and put on Ardell’s color impact Demi Wispies in Blue.
13. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. Apply the orange blush that comes with the palette and highlight the cheekbones with the white eyeshadow.
14. Apply the pink lipstick on the lips.

Hoppas ni har en riktigt bra söndag! Idag visar jag en arabisk färgglad sminkning som riktigt får ens ögon att synas. Alla ögonskuggor jag använt kommer från Motives Cosmetics.
Igår gjorde jag en test bröllopssminkning på en vacker tjej som ska gifta sig om två veckor. Det är andra sminkningen vi provar och vi har nu kommit fram till vilken som passar henne bäst. Tänkte jag skulle visa er denna sminkning i veckan.

Yesterday I made a wedding make up trial on a beautiful girl that’s getting married in two week. It’s the second trial we make and we’ve now decided which make up fits her best. I’ll show you this make up next week.

Ieri ho fatto una prova trucco da sposa ad una ragazza bellissima che si sposerà tra due settimane. E’ la seconda prova che facciamo e ora abbiamo deciso il trucco che fa per lei. Vi farò vedere quel trucco settimana prossima.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging. Apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Vanilla over the browbone.
2. Highlight under the eyebrows with Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Creme Fresh.
3. Blend in Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Cappuccino above the crease.
4. Over the mobile eyelid apply Nyx Jumbo eye pencil in MILK. In the inner corner and inner part of the eye apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Vintage Glam.
5. Over the middle mobile eyelid appply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Pink Diamond.
6. In the outer part of the mobile eyelid apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Fantasy.
7. In the crease blend in Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Ecstasy and blend out.
8. In the outer V apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Onyx and blend out.
9. Line upper and lower waterline with Anastasia Beverly Hills Covet Waterproof eyeliner in Noir. Apply it also under the lower lashline ans smudge out.
10. Under the lower lashline over the black apply Motives Cosmetics pressed eyeshadow Onyx and blend it out with Ecstasy. (By mistake I inverted the numbers under the eye)
11. Apply Sigma standout eyes gel eyeliner in Wicked and make a wing.
12. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
13. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. Apply the pibk blush and highlight the cheekbones with Luminze.
14. On the lips apply NYX Xtreme lipcream in Pinky Nude. Set everything with Motives No More Shine makeup setting spray. Done!

Don’t blame it on me

Nu har vi kommit hem till Florens igen. Det har regnat sen vi kom men nu verkar solen äntligen ha hittat tillbaka igen. Jag måste snart till affären och handla lite.
Den här sminkningen gjorde jag medans vi var i Sverige. Ljuset var lite annorlunda och korten blev inte riktigt som jag hade hoppats på. Hur som helst tycker jag denna höst sminkning passar lika bra att använda på dagen som på kvällen.

We’re now back in Florence again. It’s been raining since we came but now the sun finally seems to have found its way be back again. Soon I’ve to go to the supermarket for the weekly grocery shopping.
This make up I did while we were in Sweden. The light was a bit different than what I’m use to so the pictures didn’t turn out how I wanted them to. However, I think that this autumn make up can fit both as an everyday make up as an evening make up.

Siamo appena tornati a Firenze. E’ piovuto da quando siamo arrivati ma finalemnte il sole sembra di essere tornato. Tra poco devo andare al supermercato per la spesa settimanale.
Questo trucco ho fatto mentre eravamo in Svezia. La luce era un pò strano quel giorno per cui le foto sono un pò diverse rispetto a come l’avrei volute io. In ogni modo penso che questo trucco autunnale possa essere usato sia da giorno che da sera.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion anti-aging. Highlight under the eyebrows with AIR.
2. Mix DESERT and DAY and blend them in over the browbone.
3. Blend in FIRE above the crease to get a nice transition shade.
4. Apply NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK over the mobile eyelid and over it apply MAC eyeshadow All That Glitters.
5. In the inner corner of the eye apply MAC eyeshadow Naked Lunch.
6. Blend in MAC eyeshadow Brown Down in the crease and up.
7. To the outer V apply EARTH and blend it up in the crease.
8. Line the waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide.on eye pencil in Demolition. Apply it also under the lower lashline and smudge it out. Over it apply EARTH and blend it out with FIRE. I applied EARTH also on the waterline over Demolition, in this way the brown get more intense and stays on longer.
9. Apply Sigma standout eyes gel eyeliner in WICKED and LIBERALLY TOASTED. I used WICKED from the middle to the wing and LIBERALLY TOASTED from the inner corner to the middle.
10. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
11. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. Apply Sephora’s blush Romantic Rose and highlight the cheekbones with Benefit’s Sun Beam.
12. On the lips apply Kryolan lipstick LF404. Set everything with Motives Cosmetics No More Shine Make Up Setting Spray. Done!

Radiant Glow

Idag är det helgdag här i Italien, Ferragosto heter den. Hittade bara översättningen på engelska som är ”Assumption of Mary”. Jag är så dålig på religion men det har såklart med den heliga Marias himmelsfärd att göra.
Dagen till ära blir det en soft färgglad sensommar sminkning. Jag har mest använt mig av Motives Cosmetics för att göra denna sminkning.

Today is a national holiday here in Italy, Ferragosto, which means Feast of the Assumption and is about the celebration of Virgin Mary’s being taken up into heaven when her earthly life ended. (I’m really bad at relgion so I just looked it up.)
In honor of the day I’ve made a soft colourful late summer make up. I’ve mainly used Motives Cosmetics to create this look.

Oggi, Ferragosto, vi faccio vedere un trucco molto soft e colorato. Siamo quasi a fine estate e mi sta iniziando la voglia di creare qualche trucco più adatto per l’autunno. Prossimamente vi farò vedere un paio di nuovi prodotti che ho aqcuistato che sicuramente userò tanto questo autunno.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging. Sweep Vanilla all over the brow bone.
2. Highlight under the eyebrows with Creme Fresh.
3. Above the crease blend in NOONER (Naked3).
4. Over the mobile eyelid apply NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK. In the inner part of the mobile eyelid apply Pink Diamond.
5. Over the middle mobile eyelid apply Green Apple.
6. Over the outer mobile eyelid apply Dreamy.
7. In the inner corner of the eye apply Pearl.
8. Blend in Ecstasy in the crease and blend out.
9. To the outer V add some intensity using Onyx. For a soft result blend in a small amount.
10. Line the waterline with NYX MILK pencil and apply it also along the lower lashline. Over it apply the same eyeshadows as on the mobile eyelid.
11. Apply Stila’s stay all day waterproof liquid eyeliner Intense Black and make a wing.
12. Apply mascara and put on Motives false eyelashes nr113.
13. As a face contour use Brozning Veil. On the cheeks apply Collistar’s silk effect blusher/eyeshadow nr2 and highlight the cheekbones with the loose highlighting powder from Born Pretty Store (My Code GDB10 for a 10% discount)
14. On the lips apply Motives Cosmetics Radiant Glow Lipgloss. Set everything with Motives Cosmetics no more shine makeup setting spray. Done!
