I want to do it all again

Jag blev lite nostalgisk och vara bara tvungen att ta fram min Vice 2 palett! Så här kommer en sminkningen med några av mina favoritögonskuggor från den paletten. Tyvärr var det inte speciellt bra ljus ute när jag tog korten så det blev lite bleka, men de får duga.

I got a bit nostalgic and just had to use my Vice 2 palette! So here’s a make up with some of my favorite eyeshadows from that palette. Unfortunately the light wasn’t that good when I took the pictures so they turned out a bit pale.

Era da tanto (troppo) che non usavo la mia Vice 2 della Urban Decay, per cui oggi vi mostro un trucco con alcuni dei miei ombretti preferiti di questa palette. La luce era pessima quando ho fatto le foto quindi le risultano un pò spente.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion anti-aging. Sweep in HABIT over the browbone.
2. Highlight under the eyebrows with DOPE.
3. Blend in X-RATED above the crease.
4. In the crease blend in BETRAYAL and blend outwards. Apply it also to the inner corner of the eye.
5. Over the mobile eyelid apply VOODOO.
6. Apply VOODOO along the lower lashline and blend out with BETRAYAL. Add some intensity to the outer V using LOVESICK and blend out.
7. Line upper and lower waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eyepencil in RIOT.
8. Apply Sigma Standout Eyes gel eyeliner in Wicked and make a wing. Apply it also in the inner part of the eye creating a cat eye. Under the eyeliner wing apply a line of Urban Decay’s heavy metal glitter eyeliner in METALHEAD.
9. Apply mascara and put on Ardell’s Color Impact eyelashes in Plum.
10. Use Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit to contour the face and to the cheeks apply Collistar’s silk effect blusher/eyeshadow nr 2.
11. Line the lips with Kryolan’s pink lip pencil nr 906 and over it apply KIKO’s Luscious Cream Creamy Lipstick nr 517 Rosa Fluo.
12. Set the make up with Urban Decay’s Chill makeup setting spray. Done!

If you’re a strong female you don’t need permission

Eftersom det är lördag kväll bjuder jag på en blå glittrig sotad fest sminkning med somrigt ljusrosa läppar till.
Här i Linköping är vädret helt underbart så vi njuter så mycket vi kan. Nu står min lilla pojke och ropar på mig att han vill gå ut och cykla så det är bara att lyda. Han kommer sova gott i natt.

Since it’s Saturday night I show you this blue glittery smokey party make up with a pair of summerish light pink lips.
Here in Sweden, in Linköping, the weather is incredibly beautiful so we’re enjoying as much as we can. Now my little boy is calling me, he wants to go out a bike so I must be obedient to him. He’ll sleep good tonight.

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging. Highlight under the eyebrows with HABIT and blend in REWIND above the crease.
2. In the inner corner of the eye apply DOPE. Over the mobile eyelid apply MADNESS.
3. To the outer V apply PRANK and blend it out up in the crease to about the middle.
4. From the middle crease to the inner blend in X-RATED.
5. Under the lower lashline from the inner part to the middle apply MADNESS and from the middle to the outer apply PRANK. Blend out.
6. Line upper and lower waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in Perversion and apply a black eyeliner using Eyeko’s Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner Carbon Black and make a wing.
7. Over the mobile eyelid apply a glitter glue and over it apply a turquioseblue loose glitter.
8. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
9. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. On the cheeks apply Collistar’s silk effect blusher/eyeshadow nr2.
10. On the lips apply Sephora’s rouge shine nr 17. Done!

Let’s Rock

Här kommer dagens sminkning. En enkel soft sminkning som ändå har en gnutta med färg i sig. Eftersom färgerna inte är jättestarka tycker jag den passar utmärkt även till vardags.
Idag har jag bl.a. varit hos tandläkaren och ska nu ner till apoteket och hämta penicillin till både mig och mannen då även vi har fått de otrevliga streptokockerna. Usch!! Så nu måste vi ta penicillin i 10 dagar.

Here comes today’s make up. A simple soft make up that has the right dose of color. Since the colors aren’t that strong I think it fits perfect also as an everyday make up.
Today, among other things, I’ve been to the dentist and now I’m going to the pharmacy to get penicillin for me and my husband since we also got the unpleasent streptococcus. So now we’ve to take 10 days of penicillin.

Ecco il trucco di oggi. Un trucco molto semplice con dei colori soft. Siccome questi colori non sono troppi forti penso sia un trucco adatto anche per tutti i giorni.
Oggi sono stata dal dentista e ora devo andare in farmacia per comprare gli antibiotici per me e mio marito. Abbiamo preso anche noi lo streptococco. Per cui ora dobbiamo prendere l’antibiotici per 10 giorni.

9. As a face contour use Brozning Veil. On the cheeks apply Collistar’s silk effect blusher/eyeshadow nr2 and highlight the cheekbones with Elf’s all over color stick in Spotlight.
10. On the lips apply Sleek’s POUT PAINT in Milkshake. Done!

Do you smoke? Only my eyes

Hej! Jag hopper verkligen ni har och har haft en riktigt bra helg. Vi har haft det ganska lungt och skönt och min lilla tjej är äntligen på bättringsvägen.
Idag har jag enbart använt mig av min Urban Decay Vice 2 palett för att göra denna sotade sminking. Avslutade det hela med en eyeliner i guld och lite guld glitter i ögonvrån.

Today I’ve only used my Urban Decay Vice 2 palette to do this smokey make up. I finshed it off with a gold eyeliner and some gold glitter to the inner corner of the eye.

4. Under the middle of the lower lashline apply RADAR and in the inner and outer corner apply POISON.
5. Line upper and lower waterline with 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in WEST and apply NARS eye paint in ISKANDAR as an eyeliner and make a wing.
6. Apply a glitter gel to the inner corner of the eye and over it apply a gold glitter. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
7. As a face contour use Brozning Veil. On the cheeks apply Sephora’s blush romantic rose and highlight the cheekbones with Benefit’s Sun Beam.
8. On the lips apply Urban Decay’s Stardust sparkling lip gloss in Andromeda. Done!

Soft glittery smokey

En brunguldig sotad sminkning är något jag ofta kommer tillbaka till. Det går väldigt fort att göra och resultatet är alltid snyggt.
En perfekt söndags sminkning med andra ord.

2. Highlight under the eyebrows with DOPE and blend in HABIT above the crease.
3. Take AMBUSH and apply it to the outer V. Blend it out and up in the crease.
4. Under the lower lashline apply STRIKE to about the middle. Under the rest apply AMBUSH. Blend out both.
5. Apply MAC’s fluidline eye-liner gel in Blacktrack and make a wing.
6. Line upper and lower waterline with UD 24/7 glide-on eye penil in DEMOLITION.
7. Over the outer mobile eyelid apply a glitter glue and over it pack on a gold sparkling loose glitter.
8. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
9. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. On the cheeks apply Sephora’s blush romantic rose and highlight the cheekbones with Benefit’s Sun Beam.
10. On the lips apply a red orange lipsick. I used KIKO’s Velvet Matt Lipstick 605 Rosso Geranio. Done!

Bad Habit

Den här sminkningen gjorde jag för ett par dagar sedan. Ibland behöver jag en back up sminkning till de dagar då jag inte hinner med eller som idag då vädret är otroligt dåligt. Det ser ut som det är natt ute just nu med regn och åska.

I made this make up a couple of days ago. Sometimes I need a back up make up to those days when I don’t have time or like today when the weather is incredibly bad. It looks like it’s night outside with rain and thunderstorms.

Questo trucco ho fatto un paio di giorni fa. Qualche volta ho bisogno di un trucco di scorta per quei giorni quando non ho tempo o come oggi quando il tempo è malissimo. Sembra notte fuori con pioggia e temporali.
Spero che abbiate un bel sabato!

1. Prime the eyelids with Urban Decay’s primer potion anti-aging and apply NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK over the mobile eyelid.
2. Starting in the inner corner of the eye apply STRIKE. Over the middle mobile eyelid apply STASH and on the outer part apply BETRAYAL. Blend out any transitions.
3. Highlight under the eyebrows with Bouquet Toss and blend in X-RATED above the crease. In the outer corner of the eye blend in Un-Veil and just to the outer V blend in LOVESICK. Just to the outer part above the crease blend in a matte purple eyeshadow.
4. Close to the inner lower lashline apply a bit of STASH. Under the rest apply Un-Veil and blend it out. Take the matte purple eyeshadow and blend it in along the whole lower lashline.
5. Line upper and lower waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in BLACK MARKET. Apply a black cake eyeliner and make a wing.
6. In the inner corner of the eye apply a gold glitter. I used Urban Decay’s heavy metal glitter eyeliner in BAKED. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
7. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. On the cheeks apply the pink crème blush with your fingers and highlight the cheekbones with Luminize.
8. On the lips first apply a light pink lippencil and then apply Sephora’s rouge shine N° 17. Done!

Brilliant

Från en riktigt klassisk sminkning igår till en mer dramatisk idag. Det är alltid kul att variera sig lite.
Om någon ska ut i helgen kan denna sminkning passa riktigt bra som fest sminkning. 🙂

2. In the outer V of the eye apply LOVESICK and blend it out and up in the crease.
3. Highlight under the eyebrows with VIRGIN and blend in BUCK above the crease as a transition color.
4. In the inner corner of the eye and inner part of the mobile eyelid apply SHELLSHOCK. From the middle to the outer mobile eyelid apply STRIKE.
5. Under the lower lashline apply VOODOO and blend it out. Line the waterline with NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK and over it pack on BETRAYAL.
6. Line the waterline with a black cake eyeliner and make a wing. (I used Kryolan’s Black cake eyeliner)
7. Apply a silver glitter over the silver eyeshadow on the mobile eyelid and a gold glitter over the gold eyeshadow. I used Urban Decay’s heavy metal glitter eyeliner in GLAM ROCK and BAKED.
8. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
9. As a face contour use Brozning Veil. On the cheeks apply Sephora’s blush Romantic Rose.
10. On the lips I applied Sleek’s True Colour Lipstick in Heartbreaker. And for a more neutral lip I used Elf’s studio matte lip colour in Coral and over it Elf’s 2 in 1 conditioning gloss Supermodel. Done!

2. Blend it out.
3. Over it blend in BLACKHEART. Above the crease blend in LIMIT and highlight under the eyebrows with STRANGE.
4. Over the mobile eyelid apply NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK.
5. In the inner corner of the eye apply DOPE. Over the middle mobile eyelid apply TOXIC and in the outer corner apply a red shiny eyeshadow.
6. Apply a black cake eyeliner and make a wing.
7. With an eyeliner brush apply NYX MILK pencil under the black eyeliner wing. Under the lower lashline apply Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in BLACK MARKET and smudge it out creating a line right under the white in the outer corner of the eye. Then over it apply and blend out BLACKHEART. Line upper and lower waterline with Urban Decay’s 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in PERVERSION.
8. Apply mascara and put on false eyelashes.
9. As a face contour use Bronzing Veil. Over the cheeks apply a light orange blush.
10. On the lips apply a light peach colored lipstick. Done!

Deep Down

Idag vaknade jag med huvudvärk så jag kände för en snabb färgglad sminkning. Det har regnat så mycket här så det svämmar över i vissa områden. Jag hoppas verkligen våren tänker komma snart.
Nu måste jag sätta igång och laga mat och baka lite. Alma ska ha med sig en kompis från dagis i eftermiddag och har bett mig baka en kaka till mellis.
