Soft Neon

Det är länge jag velat testa dessa två neon ögonskuggor från MACs 168 palett. Har bara inte haft den rätta inspirationen, så det blev av först nu. Vet inte vad ni tycker men reslutatet blev ganska häftigt. Eftersom färgerna är väldigt starka softade jag ner lite med brunt runtomkring. Läpparna fick dock blir rosa för att matcha.

It’s so long I’ve been wanting to try these two neon eyeshadows from MAC’s 168 palette. I just haven’t had the right inspiration, so first now I made it. I don’t know what you think but the outcome is kind of cool. Since the colors are so intense I used a brown eyeshadow around to soft down a bit. On the lips I used pink lipgloss to match.

  1. I primed my eye with Urban Decay’s primer potion and put on scotch tape to the outer corner.
  2. I started in the outer corner up in the crease to blend in the matte brown eyeshadow, nr1, adding more eyeshadow until I was satisfied. Then over the crease I blended in the light beige eyeshadow, nr2, and highlighted under the eyebrows with the white eyeshadow, nr3.
  3. I applied NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK over the whole mobile eyelid. I started in the inner part of the lid and applied the yellow eyeshadow, nr4. Just in the inner corner of the eye I applied the white yellow shimmery eyeshadow, nr5, and blended in into the yellow.
  4. Right after the yellow I applied the neon green eyeshadow, nr6. Then on the outer lid I applied the neon pink eyeshadow, nr7.
  5. I applied Bobbi Brown’s black gel eyeliner making a wing and took off the tape.
  6. Under the eye I applied the matte brown eyeshadow, nr1. I lined upper and lower waterline with a black kohl pencil.
  7. I put on mascara and the false eyelashes from Ardell. On the cheeks I used blush, nr8, and on the cheekbones Elf’s all over stick ”Spotlight”. On the lips I first applied the pink lipgloss, nr9, and then just on the upper and lower middle lip the lighter pink lipgloss, nr10. Done!
