Even though it’s been rainy and kind of cold for a couple of days here in Florence you can feel that the summer is very close. Finally the days are longer again and that gives you definately much more energy. This makeup represents in colors the summer feelings I start to feel inside.

The best way to create a soft smokey makeup (in any color) is to have patience while blending the colors together and of course the use of good professional makeup brushes. My absolute favorite brushes come from Sigma and Bdellium Tools. The best about them is of course that they do an amazing job while applying products and blending colors but also that after you’ve cleaned and dried them they remain the same wash after wash. I’ve been using these brushes for over two years now and love them. If you want any suggestions or have any questions about makeup brushes feel free to ask me.

I finally created a public Facebook page dedicated only for makeup. If you want and are interested to follow me there you can go and like Maria Bergmark Makeup. I would really appreciate it! It’s also a great way for me to stay in contact with all of you who loves makeup as much as me.

Wish a wonderful start of this new week!

  1. I went to your facebook page! I don’t know how to follow it but I saved the page. 🙂 Great look as always. I might try a toned down version using a purple on the lid and a coral transition colour.

    • Thank you so much! 💕 I just got the notification you liked my page, and I think you follow it once you’ve given it a like otherwise you’ve the possibility to unfollow. From what I know one can like a page and decide after not to follow but still like it. Don’t know if I explained myself 😉
Purple on the lid and a coral transition color sounds amazing! Totally my colors 😘💕

  2. This looks so incredibly beautiful! You have one of the best skills I have ever seen! It looks like those Pinterest images 🙂 Definitely worth a follow 🙂 xx

    • Oh that makes me so happy so happy to hear, thank you so much dear! ❤ Lately I don't have that much time to dedicate to makeup so hearing this really made my day!! I hope to be able to come back more active really soon! 🙂
